On March 26, our company received a Letter of Thanks from Bangladesh in which Company N expressed its recognition to the outstanding performance of the equipment installed in its new hatchery and appreciation to the hard work of Ei Farming overseas team. The new hatchery is another large-scale hatchery project delivered by Ei Farming in southeast Asia and also another successful example of Ei Farming’s contribution to the development of poultry production industry in the “Belt and Road Initiative” countries.

Company N is a large-scale poultry production company in Bangladesh and also a partner of Ei Farming for more than ten years. All the incubation equipment of Company N were supplied by Ei Farming from the early 19200 dual-screen setters, Smart box-type incubation equipment and 38400 box-type incubation equipment to single-stage large box-type setters, automation equipment, HVAC equipment and information management system recently purchased, 469 sets in total. It is the one of the largest clients of Ei Farming in Bangladesh.

The newly expanded hatchery was mainly equipped with 60480 large box-type setters, 30240 setters and the auxiliary equipment including HVAC equipment, water cooling systems, ceiling, vaccination carousels, chick conveyors and chick selection platforms, etc.

Ei Farming overseas service team arrived at the project site as required by the customer and then inspected the construction site, communicated on the starting matters, sorted installation materials and made construction plans. The installation and commission started after all these standard processes were finished.

The planned duration of the project was 120 days. Since the service team members’ work visas allowed only 90-day stay, in order to complete the project delivery before the visa expired, the project team worked overtime from the very first day of work. The hard work was returned with fair results, and the service team successfully completed all the tasks before the visa expired, 36 days ahead of schedule. Although the construction period has been shortened, there was no discount on the project quality, and the customer was very satisfied with the overall effect of the project installation and the project quality.

In Ei Farming, we have set up a standard delivery process for overseas projects, which was strictly followed in projects. The overseas team provided the customers with repair and maintenance training for hatchery equipment, guidance for setting the environmental control parameters according to local climate characteristics and offered incubation technology and process training, etc. The new incubation technology was quite different with what the customer used to grasp. Out of the trust in Ei Farming, the customers adopted the new incubation technologies suggested by our service team and the quality of the first batch of chicks exceeded the their expectation.
