With the vigorous development of the poultry industry of worldwide, Ei Farming has achieved great progress in the export of poultry equipment. In October 2021, EI Farming successfully complete 12 broiler houses to the world’s top 20 poultry company with extremely strict requirements. This project is both ordinary and extraordinary: the ordinary aspect is that it is one normal of many overseas projects, and the extraordinary aspect is the difficulties it faces in a special period and the strict requirements from the customer. Ei Farming has made new attempts and obtained significant accomplishments.
A handy tool makes a handyman —- Ei Farming equipment is the most advantageous tool. The specially designed steel structure chicken house is firm and reliable, while reducing the ventilation area. The high-quality thermal insulation material can isolate the ambient heat under specific climatic conditions from entering the chicken house; automatic feeding and drinking system to ensure that all chickens to dine to satiety; intelligent ventilation system, through multi-device cooperation, exhaust CO2, ammonia and other gases in the chicken house, control temperature and humidity, and provide a comfortable environment for chickens; alarm system, monitors the operation of all equipment and environmental variables in the chicken house, if there is any abnormality, it will alarm immediately to avoid production accidents.
Difficulty by difficulty, Ei Farming had faced unpredictable difficulties from the beginning to the end of the project. The delivery and installation of this project was during the covid-19 wreaks havoc, and the ocean freight was extremely expensive and limited positions. After coordination by multiple parties, the containers had been shipped successfully; Delta virus ravaged the world, and Ei Farming engineers took huge risk, resolutely went retrograde and rushed to the customer site; there were more than 1,000 new confirmed cases in the local area every day. EI Farming engineers had worked with local employees and are at risk of infection at any time. Under the covid-19, the difficulties Ei Farming had been facing are unprecedented, but Ei Farming worked together to win a perfect accomplishment.
It’s better to teach a man fishing than to give him fish. Modern poultry equipment, while improving production efficiency, also puts forward higher requirements to users. Ei Farming also faces the same problem when developing new markets abroad. In this project, Ei Farming has found a solution based on user’s requirements. After the equipment was installed and debugged, the engineer hadn’t return to China immediately, but organized all the front-line staff to conduct intensive training, and let the staff carry out two weeks of actual operation, and finally deal with the failures that may occur during the use of the equipment. The exam allows each employee to use Ei Farming equipment independently in theory and practice.
In the end, the project was successfully delivered to the customer and won high praise, which sets a good example of quality and technology for Chinese poultry equipment.
